Measurement & control in the tool

Sensors measure a dimension or angle of a component directly in the tool. This information is compared with the target values. If a dimensional change is detected here, servomotors control the mechanical adjustment directly during continuous machine operation and correct this dimension back to the target range. This is achieved by means of small pulses to the motors. This ensures that significant dimensions/angles always remain within their range. This takes quality to the next level. Material fluctuations no longer have any influence, as your component is always produced precisely.
