Ejection controls

For each stroke, it must be ensured that the component to be punched has been ejected or has fallen out. This prevents damage to the tool and prevents deformation of the component. During ejection control, a light curtain or a ring sensor monitors the ejection of the component. Even the smallest components can be monitored thanks to the very small grid of the light curtain. The ejection and the strong acceleration by e.g. no longer play a role and are detected by intelligent electronics. The ejection control can also serve as a counting function. The ejection control can be used to optimize the timing of the punching process.
